Counselling
Some people come into counselling with a very clear sense of what they need. Others may have a sense that something is wrong but they don’t quite know the way forward. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental service which will allow you to find clarity, gain new insights and work through your concerns.
Counselling and therapy look different for everyone: some people find 1–2 sessions is just what they need, whilst others may find longer term support more helpful. A first session can be a great way to meet me and decide whether the way I work is a good fit for you. Making contact through a phone call, text or the contact page can also provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions about my approach and my experience.
